Tim has offices throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area Including Brookfield, Glendale, Milwaukee, Oak Creek and Racine. He provides services in the following areas: Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, Planning for Children that are Developmentally Disabled, Probate Avoidance Planning, as well as, Asset Protection Planning, including preparing Agreements between parents and children so as to protect their parents' home so it does not need to be sold to pay for their long-term care costs including nursing home, assisted living, or in-home care.
Attorney Hein's areas of focus include estate planning, elder law, special needs planning, probate, guadianships, and asset protection planning.
Vince is also an accredited attorney by the Veterans Administration. This allows him to advise and counsel clients on veterans benefits. Only attorneys who are accredited by the Veterans Administration are allowed to counsel clients on veterans benefits. When veterans benefits are a consideration, Attorney Hein compares what the best asset protection plan is for you.
Sam has worked for Tim for 13 years. She is one of two supervisors and the office manager. She assists the attorneys and our clients to make sure the clients are ready to apply for Medicaid (Title 19) benefits from the government to help pay for their long-term care costs. Sam then works with County caseworkers statewide to obtain Medicaid benefits. She enjoys working with our client families to achieve this goal.
When Sam is not at the office, she enjoys outdoor activities including riding horses and ATV's, hiking, and gardening.
Lynn has worked for Tim for over 18 years. She is one of two supervisors. The majority of her work is preparing the documents that the clients have ordered such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorneys, IRA Trusts, Home Asset Protection Trusts, Financial Asset and Asset Protection Trusts, and Corporation documents. Each client's situation is different and she enjoys putting their documents together.
Other than her work, Lynn enjoys outdoor activities with her family such as snowmobiling, camping, boating, and gardening.
Sandi facilitates a wide variety of office duties such as a data entry, filing, keeping up with changes to our forms and packages that clients receive. She maintains our mail delivery and courthouse runs.
On her off time, Sandi enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, watching movies, listening to music, and traveling.
Rhonda is our excellent receptionist and the friendly voice and face you hear and see. When not answering your calls or greeting you at the door, she enjoys watching horror movies, cooking, participating in Zumba work outs, and writing poetry & songs, and last, but not least, watching Netflix.
